All registrations are subject to approval. Event tickets will not be issued until full payment has been made and confirmed.

Student/Senior packages require verification of eligibility; those deemed ineligible will be required to pay the full 3-Day or 1-Day package fee to confirm registration.

The standard refund policy applies to all registrations.

The following discounts apply to package fees only. Membership and Author discounts will be cumulatively reflected in the "Discount (total)" field:

  • Early registration - 30% (reflected in package prices through 15 July 2022)
  • NZCS / ANZMapS member discount - $50 (applied automatically / requires website login)
  • Principal Author - 10% (requires coupon)
  • YGC lightning talk author - 10% (requires coupon)

Note: Bank Transfer payments will end on 21 August. All payments after this date must be made by credit card or PayPal transfer.

 

Individual Attendee Details

WARNING: Principal Authors of paper/poster abstracts must obtain their discount coupon before registering or will forfeit the discount.
NOTE: Register for GeoCart'2022 before the MDW workshop if intending to claim the $50 dual attendance discount.
